During the second week of January, Samsung launched the third beta version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 series. This update not only includes the latest January 2026 security patch but also enhances various Good Lock modules, among other improvements.

For instance, an issue that previously caused the Favorites section in the Phone app to either vanish or act unpredictably has now been resolved.
